I, the designer, will reach back to you to confirm your submission.

The design process will begin and you will be updated throughout the project with the progress of your order. 

When you are satisfied with the final product, you will receive all the final digital files and an invoice. That's it !

Policy

Per my policy, I will email or message you in 24-48 hours after submitting an Inquiry Form. If you do not receive my email, please check your spam. If you still do not see a response please DM, text or email me and I will reach back as soon as possible.

I will not track anyone down to respond back to me in a timely fashion, so please be proactive and professional. Thank You !


NOTES BEFORE SUBMITTING A FORM:

For all graphics you will receive your order in 3 formats: png, pdf, & jpeg. However, if you want another format like SVG please reach out to me.

After you fill out this form I will reach back to you ASAP to clarify pricing and finalize your personalized order information. [This form will cover the basic information to start off the graphic project. When I reach back to you, you may provide other specific details if necessary.]


GRAPHIC PRODUCTION PROCESS/FINALIZATION:

Please make sure that you put detailed descriptions of your order so that I can make the graphic to your liking. 30% of the final price is due before the project can get started. The final 75% is due when you're completely happy with all designs and an invoice of your order will be emailed to you. Please keep this in mind when filling out a form.



DISCLAIMER:

If you want to cancel an order, it must be done before 48 hours after that purchase was made. After that time stamp, all orders are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

FAQ

Q: Do you print products (labels, business cards, etc)?

A: No, I DO NOT print. I only do the design work. However, I am able to provide you with suggestions for where and how you should print your designs upon request. 

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: The timeframe for a design project varies depending on a few things. It will depend on how much items you are requesting to be made as well as how much revisions that are made during the project. 

I take pride in creating graphics that the customer will be extremely satisfied with which is why I allow the customer to be updated throughout the creation process. Therefore, based on the number of drafts I do throughout the project will affect the timeframe of the product(s). 

Q: Am I allowed revisions after I received my final design?

A: Of course! However, you are only allowed 3 free revisions. After those 3, any other corrections would be done for an additional fee. 

Q: Will my graphics be shared publicly on your platforms?

A: Your design will not be shared publicly unless I have approval from you (the client) to do so. In my Inquiry Booking Form, the second to last question instructions the client to choose yes or no to whether they will like their designs published publicly. If you wish not to do so, please indicate "No" when filling out a form.
